Missiles

Missile systems are a launch bay ship weapon that launch from top firing tubes. When missile is fired a salvo goes high into the atmosphere, well into Upper Sky, then after a short time they plummet down on their target. Missiles tend to have a small payload and large amounts of propellant along with a simple tracking system for added accuracy.

Missiles are rated by Mark. All missiles have a X20 multiplier and hit at least on the next turn, some can wait longer. While missiles do little damage they are highly accurate. They can NOT use consumable ammunition without the Proximity Fuse Assembly ship option. Missiles have a range of 30 and can target any elevation above the ship but is limited to targeting 1 elevation below (the target need only be in range when first fired).
